Who We Are
Reagan County Abstract & Title Company (RCAT) is a locally owned and operated title insurance and property services firm headquartered in Big Lake, Texas. We serve home buyers, sellers, mortgage lenders, attorneys, and oil and gas landmen throughout Reagan, Borden, and Schleicher Counties.
Our office operates a licensed abstract title plant — one of the most comprehensive records of property ownership in our service area. This allows us to conduct thorough title searches, prepare accurate run sheets, and provide certified document copies quickly and reliably.
We are part of a family of sister companies that together cover abstract title plants across the Texas Panhandle and Permian Basin, giving our clients access to research services in more than a dozen counties across West Texas.
